About Your Coach

Julie Cockerill

She brings over 30 years of experience in senior people and culture leadership, coaching and consulting, working in complex, high-pressure environments.

Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, emotional intelligence and wellbeing. It is grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by real-world experience across industries including technology, financial services, construction, hospitality and professional services, supporting leaders and teams across APAC and Europe.

Julie is known for bringing clarity to complexity. She helps people understand what is driving their behaviour, decisions and performance, particularly under pressure, and translates brain science into practical changes that hold up when energy and attention are stretched.

What makes her work different is that it is brain-based. She helps people understand what is happening in their brain and nervous system in the moment, so they can regulate more effectively and make better decisions.

As someone who was late-diagnosed with ADHD, Julie understands the cycle of high achievement, high functioning, burnout and recovery. This experience shapes her coaching, which focuses on rebuilding capacity, strengthening decision-making, and helping leaders regain confidence and control in how they work and lead, without forcing or burning out.
