Real Inclusion Starts with Brains that Feel Safe

20% of your employees likely have a neurodivergent brain.
Many are masking, managing distress, or quietly burning out, not because they’re not capable, but because the workplace wasn’t designed for how they think, feel, or process the world.

Most managers want to do better. But they feel unsure, overwhelmed, or afraid of getting it wrong.
And one-off awareness sessions don’t give them the tools or confidence to lead inclusively, especially when it comes to neurodivergence.

This program changes that.
It helps managers move beyond theory into everyday leadership actions that create safety, support, and belonging for all kinds of brains.

What This Program Covers

This is a practical, brain-friendly learning experience built for managers.

Over four weeks, participants will:

  • Understand what neurodivergence is, and what it isn’t, through a strength-based lens
  • Learn how masking, sensory overload, and executive function challenges show up at work
  • Recognise how everyday leadership habits can unintentionally exclude or harm ND team members
  • Offer small, effective adjustments to reduce stress and improve performance
  • Lead safer, strengths-focused conversations without fear or overstepping
  • Facilitate inclusive team practices that create psychological safety for all kinds of brains
  • Build a personal plan for embedding neuroinclusive leadership habits in the long term

At the end of the program, your people leaders will:

  • Feel more confident, capable, and less afraid of “getting it wrong”
  • Know how to lead and support neurodivergent team members in practical, respectful ways
  • Understand their role in reducing psychosocial risk
  • Take small, meaningful actions that strengthen inclusion, trust, and belonging across their team

    What's Included + Program Delivery

    A 4-week, brain-friendly learning experience designed for real-life managers.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Pre-Program Audit + 1:1 Session
Each manager completes a short self-assessment and meets 1:1 with Julie to tailor the program to their needs, context, and leadership style.
    • Weekly Live Sessions (60–75 mins)
Delivered via Zoom (Wed or Thurs), each session includes insight, relatable examples, practical tools, and time to reflect and apply.
    • Micro-Learning Content
Each Monday, managers receive a short video or audio drop to prepare their brain, not overload it.
    • Real-World Application
Managers take simple actions each week, such as speaking with a neurodivergent team member or running a short team discussion.
    • Toolkits + Conversation Cards
Managers receive downloadable resources, including inclusive leadership scripts, team prompts, and adjustment planning tools.
    • Leadership Integration Plan
Each participant leaves with a clear, personalised leadership plan and practical tools to embed inclusion into how they lead.

This program goes beyond awareness to drive real behavioural change.

It equips your managers with the practical tools and leadership habits to reduce psychosocial risk, strengthen inclusion, and support the wellbeing of all employees, starting with those who’ve too often been overlooked.

This Isn't Just My Work - It's My Lived Experience!

As a leadership coach, I’ve seen first-hand the impact that masking, and trying to operate in neurotypical ways, has had on my clients.

The burnout. The anxiety. The chronic stress.
It’s such an inside game. And it worsens the very symptoms they’re trying to manage.

As a person with ADHD, I also know what it’s like to work in a way that honours my brain, without burning out and without needing to mask.
But here’s the thing: I’m my own boss. I get to design the way I work.

Most organisations have no idea how much harm is being done - unintentionally - because they haven’t been taught how to lead in a way that supports different brains.

That’s why this work matters so much.
And why it matters now, because today’s leaders aren’t just responsible for performance.
They’re responsible for psychological and psychosocial safety, too.
