As a leadership coach, I’ve seen first-hand the impact that masking, and trying to operate in neurotypical ways, has had on my clients.
The burnout. The anxiety. The chronic stress.
It’s such an inside game. And it worsens the very symptoms they’re trying to manage.
As a person with ADHD, I also know what it’s like to work in a way that honours my brain, without burning out and without needing to mask.
But here’s the thing: I’m my own boss. I get to design the way I work.
Most organisations have no idea how much harm is being done - unintentionally - because they haven’t been taught how to lead in a way that supports different brains.
That’s why this work matters so much.
